The backlog of AES release messages has been successfully processed.

The remaining release messages of IDMS are currently being worked on, and we will keep you posted.

Update - Dear IRP User,

Customs is still working on the remaining release messages of AES & IDMS which should be resolved by COB.

In the meantime Customs will communicate an emergency procedure how to proceed with IDMS-declarations for which the TSD is fully written off.

We will provide an update later on today.

The backlog of pre-lodged TSD's has been successfully processed this afternoon by the Customs Authority. The last remaining item is the customs release messages which they are currently working on.

Failed PN messages of Sunday / Monday-morning have meanwhile been successfully processed by the Customs Authority.

Backlog of pre‑Logged TSDs and Release messages will be processed shortly.

The messages have been processing correctly again since 12:00.

Customs Authority is currently recovering the messages from 08/03/2026 10:15 until 09/03/2026 12:00.

Investigating - Dear IRP User,

We have been informed of latency issues at the Customs Authority impacting the delivery of customs messages.

This issue occurred since 8/3/26 10:15.

Message processing experienced delays originating to the Customs Authority systems.

The issue has been escalated to the Customs Authority, they are currently conducting an investigation.

In a continuous effort to improve the Certified Pick up application, we will perform maintenance to deploy release 4.7.1. Please find release notes https://documentation.nxtport.com/certified-pickup/certified-pick-up-v4-7-1.

Next to that, a security patch will be provided for CPu and other products (IRP is not impacted).

The applications on PRD will be available during the scheduled timeframe, there's no downtime expected.
